Super Simple Super Fudge
by Abby Cahn Anton

1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts
12 tbs Sunfire Superfoods Chocolate Bliss Powder
8 tbs Sunfire Superfoods Vanilla Agave Nectar (or more to taste)
dash cinnamon
1 tbs Sunfire Superfoods Blue Green Algae (optional)

In a food processor with the S blade, process almonds until the consistency of meal. Add pecans and process again. Add walnuts and process until the consistency of course nut butter. Add Chocolate Bliss Powder, Vanilla Agave Nectar and cinnamon and process until thoroughly mixed, stopping and scrapping sides of bowl as necessary. Optional – add Blue Green Algae and process briefly until mixed in. Turn out batter into square dish or onto natural wax paper and spread approximately 1 inch thick. Cover and place in freezer for about an hour so the nut oils solidify. Remove from freezer and cut into 1 inch squares. If desired, shape pieces by hand into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Store in fridge or freezer. Yields approximately 24 pieces.

This is a very healthy treat. To make the nutrients even more bio-available, soak and dehydrate the nuts in advance. I like to keep my fridge well stocked with nuts already prepared this way so I don’t have to plan in advance. Just make a habit of soaking some nuts before bedtime once a week or so, then rinse in the morning and dehydrate for 12-24 hours. Voila – healthy snacks always at hand!

Enjoy!!
