Chocolate Bliss Superfood Drink

This is my go-to breakfast drink, my late afternoon snack and what I grab when I know I’m going to be out of the house for hours. I make it by the gallon and keep it in the fridge so I always have high-quality, super-tasty, easy to consume, easy to digest, super-nutritious food available. Green Melange Superfood Breakfast Blend

This is step two of my breakfast routine. It is a high-powered, dark green alkaline blend, loaded with vitamins, trace minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, beneficial oils, protein. I also have a shot glass containing 1/2 tsp. of live B Complex mixed with water on the side. Then I’m ready to go for hours and hours and hours.

Spicy Thai Cabbage Salad

  • easy to make & satisfying – a great recipe for new raw-foodies
  • makes a large quantity of food that will keep in the fridge for many days
  • mineral-rich, alkalizing, high-protein, low-fat, low-sugar, high-fiber
  • use it as a filling for collard wraps or nori rolls, as a salad addition, or all by itself
  • one of my favorite dishes!

Massaged Kale with Sea Veggies

  • savory, easy to digest, satisfying – tastes like stir-fry, but it’s not!
  • mineral-rich, alkalizing, high-protein, low-fat, low-sugar, high-fiber
  • keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge
  • great for entertaining, even “conventional eaters” love it!

Spicy Italian “Meat” Balls

  • these won’t stick around long – they’re easy to make and they taste AWESOME!
  • if you don’t have a dehydrator, just eat it as a paté!

Chia Pomodoro

  • easy to make, keeps for up to a week (or more) in the fridge
  • tastes like a thick, creamy/cheesy, spicy Italian tomato sauce over pasta
  • high in essential fatty acids (esp. omega-3)
  • loaded with vitamins A, B, C, E, K & lycopene
  • protein-rich, mineral-rich, high-fiber, low-glycemic
  • super-filling & nutritious!

Fiesta Molé Soup

Fiesta Molé is a wonderful savory, spicy superfood blend, based on tomato and chocolate. It’s an easy way to add flavor and a broad range of nutrients to salads, soups, dressings. Here’s my version of a quick superfood soup. I often make it in the morning to take with me when I have a busy, away-from-home day.   • quick & healthy!
  • great for gifts or for entertaining

  • make enough to keep on hand – keeps well in fridge or freezer

Buckwheaties

  • crunchy dried, sprouted buckwheat
  • great in granolas and snacks
  • recommend making a large quantity and keeping in the fridge as a staple

Raw Blueberry Coconut Cake

  • easy to make
  • totally yummy
  • tastes like blueberry cheesecake, without the cheese!
  • and it looks beautiful, too!

Raw Apple Pie

An absolute favorite at fall & winter holiday parties… I’ve been told on numerous occasions that this one tastes much better than the baked version, and it’s way healthier, too!

Irish Moss

Used as a thickener in raw food recipes such as pie fillings, puddings, sauces and smoothies. This is how I make mine.
